    Global online retailer is planning for the construction of an 800,000 sf distribution center in SOUTH BEND, IN. The project also includes the construction of an additional 180,000 sf warehouse and distribution facility in SOUTH BEND, IN. They have recently received approval for the project. Completion is slated for 2023.

     

    Virginia:

    Specialty meat product mfr. is planning to invest $100 million for the construction of a processing and warehouse facility in HARRISONBURG, VA. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Completion is slated for Fall 2025.

     

    Georgia:

    E-waste recycling company is planning to invest $85 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a warehouse and service center at 100 SeaPoint Blvd. in SAVANNAH, GA. They have recently received approval for the project.

     

    Kansas:

    Medical supplies mfr. is planning to invest $78 million for the construction of a warehouse and distribution facility in BONNER SPRINGS, KS. They will relocate regional operations upon completion.

     

    South Carolina:

    Textile company is planning to invest $70 million for an expansion of their distribution and manufacturing facility in ANDERSON, SC. They have recently received approval for the project. Completion is slated for early 2023.

     

    Indiana:

    State is planning to invest $35 million for the construction of a 50,000 sf warehouse and storage facility at 2010 E. New York St. in INDIANAPOLIS, IN. Construction is expected to start in Fall 2022.

     

    Pennsylvania:
    Food bank is planning to invest $30 million for the construction of a 160,000 sf warehouse and distribution center on Diamond Station Rd. in EPHRATA, PA. They are currently seeking approval for the project.
