    The largest project is owned by Lamb Weston, who is planning to invest $415 million for the expansion, renovation, and equipment upgrades on their processing facility in AMERICAN FALLS, ID. Completion is slated for Summer 2023.

    FLORIDA:

    Snack food mfr. is planning to invest $180 million for the construction of a 355,000 sf warehouse and distribution center at 1496 S. Poinciana Blvd. in KISSIMMEE, FL. Construction will start in early 2022, with completion slated for 2024.

    ALBERTA:

    Brewery is planning to invest $69 million for a 60,000 sf expansion, renovation, and equipment upgrades on their warehouse and production facility in EDMONTON, AB. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

    KENTUCKY:

    Tea processing company is planning to invest $53 million for the construction of a 334,000 sf processing facility on Blankenbaker Rd. in JEFFERSONTOWN, KY. Construction is expected to start in Spring 2022. They will relocate regional operations upon completion in Summer 2024.

    LOUISIANA:

    Beverage company is planning to invest $42 million for a 120,000 sf expansion, renovation, and equipment upgrades on their warehouse and processing facility in BATON ROUGE, LA. They have recently received approval for the project.

    INDIANA:

    Meat processing company is planning to invest $33 million for a 22,000 sf expansion, renovation, and equipment upgrades on their processing facility in HUNTINGBURG, IN. Construction is expected to start in Fall 2021, with completion slated for Fall 2022.

    NORTH CAROLINA:

    Dietary supplements mfr. is planning to invest $19 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a 426,000 sf office and processing facility in WINSTON-SALEM, NC. They have recently received approval for the project. They will consolidate operations upon completion.

    OHIO:

    Specialty snack foods mfr. is planning to invest $16 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a recently acquired 240,000 sf processing facility at 3100 Upper Valley Pike in SPRINGFIELD, OH. They have recently received approval for the project.

    WISCONSIN:

    Agricultural supply company is planning to invest $13 million for the construction of a 75,000 sf warehouse, office, and storage facility on South Carferry Dr. in MILWAUKEE, WI.

     NEW YORK:

    Poultry farm is planning to invest $12 million for the construction of a 28,000 sf egg hatchery in WATERTOWN, NY. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Completion is slated for Summer 2022.

    BRITISH COLUMBIA:

    Specialty food products mfr. is planning for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a 70,000 sf processing facility in DELTA, BC. They have recently received approval for the project. They will relocate operations upon completion.
