    The largest project is owned by United Safety Technology, Inc., who is planning to invest $350 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a 735,000 sf warehouse and manufacturing facility in SPARROWS POINT, MD. Completion is slated for early 2023.

    New York:

    Global online retailer is planning to invest $300 million for the construction of a 3 million sf warehouse and distribution center at 8995 Lockport Rd. in NIAGARA, NY. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

    Ontario:

    Distillery is planning to invest $245 million for the construction of a production, warehouse, and distribution facility in ST. CLAIR TOWNSHIP, ON. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

    Arkansas:

    Discount retail chain is planning to invest $140 million for the construction of a 1-million sf distribution center in GALLOWAY, AR. They have recently received approval for the project. Completion is slated for 2023.

    Illinois:

    Steel pipe and tube mfr. is planning to invest $130 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on an 810,000 sf warehouse and manufacturing complex at 1600 Ritchie Court in ROCHELLE, IL. Completion is slated for Fall 2022.

    Alabama:

    Beverage company is planning to invest $112 million for the construction of a 500,000 sf processing and distribution facility in OPELIKA, AL. Construction is expected to start in late Spring 2022, with completion slated for Spring 2023.

    Georgia:

    Cold storage service provider is planning to invest $90 million for the expansion of their warehouse and distribution facility at 3117 Athens Hwy. in GAINESVILLE, GA by 100,000 sf. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

    Arkansas:

    Electric vehicle mfr. is planning to invest $80 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a recently acquired 580,000 sf warehouse and manufacturing facility at 1425 Ohlendorf Rd. in OSCEOLA, AR.

    South Carolina:

    Medical equipment supplier is planning to invest $51 million for the construction of a 136,000 sf warehouse and distribution facility at 315 Tanner Price Way in GREENVILLE, SC. They have recently received approval for the project. Completion is slated for 2025.

    Georgia:
    Home furnishing retailer is planning to invest $55 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a 1.2 million sf distribution facility in RINCON, GA. They have recently received approval for the project.

    West Virginia:

    Medical supplies company is planning to invest $50 million for the construction of a 250,000 sf warehouse and distribution center in MORGANTOWN, WV. They are currently seeking approval for the project.
