    The largest project is owned by Royal Canin North America, who is planning to invest $185 million for an expansion and equipment upgrades on their processing facility at 630 N. Derby Ln. in NORTH SIOUX CITY, SD. They have recently received approval for the project.

    Global retail chain is planning to invest $90 million for the construction of a 1 million sf distribution center in OLIVE BRANCH, MS. They have recently received approval for the project.

    TEXAS:

    Beverage company is planning to invest $70 million for the construction of a 1.2 million sf processing, warehouse, and distribution facility at 1535 E. Beltline Rd. in LANCASTER, TX. They have recently received approval for the project. Completion is slated for Summer 2023.

    IOWA:

    Meat products mfr. is planning to invest $43 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on their processing facility at 1205 Chavenelle Court in DUBUQUE, IA. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Completion is slated for early 2023.

    MICHIGAN:

    Specialty beverage mfr. is planning to invest $26 million for the expansion and equipment upgrades at their processing facility in LAWTON, MI. They have recently received approval for the project.

    ONTARIO:

    Snack food mfr. is planning for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a recently acquired 790,000 sf processing facility in BROCKVILLE, ON. Renovations will occur in phases, with completion slated for early 2023.

    PENNSYLVANIA:

    Indoor aquaponic vertical farming company is planning for the construction of a 250,000 sf processing facility in LUZERNE COUNTY, PA. Completion is slated for early 2023.

    FLORIDA:

    Shrimp producer is considering the construction of a 240,000 sf processing facility and currently seeking a site in FLORIDA.

    ALABAMA:

    Ice cream mfr. is expanding and planning to invest $20 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a 100,000 sf processing facility at 3107 Halls Mill Rd. in MOBILE, AL. They have recently received approval for the project. They will relocate operations upon completion.

    COLORADO:

    Hydroponic farming company is planning to invest $17 million for the construction of a 120,000 sf processing facility in WINDSOR, CO. They are currently seeking approval for the project.
