    The largest project is owned by Venture Global LNG, Inc., who is planning to invest $10 billion for the construction of a warehouse and processing facility in CAMERON, LA. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

    Pulp and paper company is planning to invest $500 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on their warehouse and manufacturing facility in GREEN BAY, WI. They have recently received approval for the project.

    Medical glove mfr. is planning to invest $350 million for the construction of a 2.4 million manufacturing, distribution, and laboratory complex in ALVIN, TX. They have recently received approval for the project. Construction will occur in phases, with the completion of the first phase, slated for late 2022.

     

    British Columbia:

    Production studio is planning to invest $200 million for the construction of a 1.3 million sf warehouse, office, and sound stage complex at 3990 Marine Way in BURNABY, BC. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

     

    Tennessee:

    Logistics service provider is planning to invest $126 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a recently leased 700,000 sf of distribution space at 5300 Airways Blvd. in MEMPHIS, TN.

     

    Connecticut:

    Online pet supply retailer is planning to invest $110 million for the construction of a 750,000 sf distribution facility at 2000 Day Hill Rd. in WINDSOR, CT. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

     

    Ohio:

    Custom corrugated packaging products mfr. is planning for the construction of a 537,000 sf manufacturing, warehouse, and office facility at 595 Thornwood Drive SW in NEWARK, OH. They are currently seeking approval for the project. They will relocate regional operations upon completion.

     

    New York:

    Snack food mfr. is planning to invest $100 million for the construction of a 150,000 sf warehouse and distribution facility in EAST FISHKILL, NY. Construction is expected to start in 2022, with completion slated for 2024.

     

    Colorado:

    Logistics service provider is planning to invest $99 million for the construction of a 200,000 sf warehouse and distribution facility in WINDSOR, CO. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

     

    North Carolina:

    Grocery retail chain is planning to invest $92 million for the construction of a 200,000 sf distribution center in CONCORD, NC. They have recently received approval for the project. Completion is slated for late 2023.

     

    Virginia:
    Food service distributor is planning to invest $80 million for the construction of a 325,000 sf distribution center in ASHLAND, VA. They have recently received approval for the project.
