The largest project is owned by DHL Supply Chain, who is investing $280 million for the construction of a 3 million sf warehouse complex in SOUTH ANNVILLE TOWNSHIP, PA. Completion will occur in phases, with the completion of phase 1 slated for Summer 2024.

Industrial pipe and fitting mfr. is planning to invest $80 million for the construction of a 134,000 sf manufacturing and warehouse facility on 119th St. W. in MAIZE, KS. Construction is expected to start in early 2024, with completion slated for early 2025.

Mississippi:

Logistics service provider is planning to invest $64 million for the construction of a 200,000 sf warehouse facility in ELLISVILLE, MS. They have recently received approval for the project.

Florida:

Membership-only grocery and retail chain is planning to invest $61 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a recently leased 1 million sf distribution center at 1400 Zoo Pkwy in JACKSONVILLE, FL. 

Texas:

Furniture mfr. is planning to invest $44 million for the construction of a 740,000 sf distribution center in MIDLOTHIAN, TX. They are currently seeking approval for the project. Construction is expected to start in Summer 2023, with completion slated for Summer 2024. 

Iowa:

Automotive parts mfr. is planning to invest $35 million for the construction of a 215,000 sf manufacturing, distribution, and office facility on SE Convenience Blvd. in ANKENY, IA. Construction is expected to start in Fall 2023, with completion slated for early 2025. The site will allow for a future 145,000 sf expansion.

North Carolina:

Aerospace company is planning to invest $33 million for the construction of a warehouse and maintenance facility at Piedmont Triad International Airport in GREENSBORO, NC. They have recently received approval for the project. 

California:

Supermarket chain is planning for the construction of a 1.4 million sf distribution center in RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA. They are currently seeking approval for the project.
