    The largest project is owned by Rich Products Corporation, who is planning to invest $117 million for a 159,000 sf expansion and equipment upgrades on their processing facility in BROWNSVILLE, TX. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

    Poultry processing company is planning for the renovation and equipment upgrades on their processing facility in CASSATT, SC. They have recently received approval for the project.

    CALIFORNIA:

    Winery is planning to invest $22 million for the expansion of their warehouse in AMERICAN CANYON, CA by 217,000 sf. Construction is expected to start in Spring 2023.

    NORTH CAROLINA:

    Convenience store chain is planning for the construction of a 101,000 sf warehouse facility at 8335 W W.T.Harris Blvd. in CHARLOTTE, NC. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

    WISCONSIN:

    Non-profit farming company is planning for the construction of an 85,000 sf processing facility 716 W. Windlake Ave. in MILWAUKEE, WI. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

    WYOMING:

    Indoor farming company is planning for the construction of a 60,000 sf processing and research facility in LARAMIE, WY. They are currently seeking approval for the project. They will relocate a portion of their operations upon completion in early 2025.

     TENNESSEE:

    Beverage distributor is planning to invest $10 million for the renovation and equipment upgrades on a 45,000 sf processing and distribution facility at 1287 Mt. View Industrial Dr. in MORRISON, TN. They have recently received approval for the project.

    ARIZONA:

    Grocery retail chain is planning to invest $8.5 million for the construction of a 68,500 sf warehouse facility at 1107 W Alameda Dr. in TEMPE, AZ. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

    OKLAHOMA:

    Restaurant equipment wholesaler is planning to invest $5.6 million for the construction of a 50,000 sf cold storage facility at 4538 S Sheridan Rd. E in TULSA, OK. They are currently seeking approval for the project.

     FLORIDA:
