A beverage company plans to invest $420 million in a 1.4 million-square-foot processing and distribution facility at 3935 Intermodal Dr. in Winter Haven, FL. Approvals are pending.
New Jersey
An oil and gas transportation provider is planning a 972,000-square-foot warehouse and logistics complex at 577 Smith St. in Perth Amboy, NJ. Approvals are pending.
California
A dairy company plans a 730,000-square-foot processing, warehouse, and office campus on Lacey Blvd. in Hanford, CA, relocating a portion of operations upon completion.
Missouri
A global online retailer will build a 630,000-square-foot distribution center in Kansas City, MO, with completion slated for 2026 pending approvals.
Florida
A state agency plans to invest $116 million in renovations and upgrades for a 461,000-square-foot warehouse and cold storage facility in Auburndale, FL.
Missouri
A pharmaceutical and medical supply company plans to invest $108 million in a 307,000-square-foot distribution center in Kansas City, MO.
New York
A pharmaceutical company will invest $106 million for a 43,000-square-foot expansion and upgrades to its processing and warehouse facility in Rochester, NY.
Virginia
An HVAC equipment manufacturer received approval for a $57 million renovation of a 400,000-square-foot facility in Richmond, VA, with completion expected in early 2025.
Ohio
A logistics service provider plans to invest $50 million in a 250,000-square-foot cold storage warehouse in Cleveland, OH. Approvals are pending.
North Carolina
A specialty food processing company plans a $35 million processing and warehouse facility in Goldsboro, NC, with completion scheduled for late 2025.
